We use Airbnb’s “Strict” Cancelation Policy:
50% refund until one week prior to your arrival, excluding fees.

A reservation is officially considered to be canceled when the guests send an email with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line and include wording indicating an intent to cancel.

Cancellation policies may be superseded in the event of extenuating circumstances:

• The guest has a serious illness or there is a serious illness in the family.
• There’s a natural disaster or political unrest in the destination country.
• The guest has jury duty or similar civil obligations.
