Check in is at 2pm. check out is at 11am. please ask if you need an exception.
The house is cleaned daily. (feel free tip our wonderful housekeepers.)
Do not throw toiler paper into the toilet; place it and all feminine products into the trash.
Please take off your shoes before entering the apartment
Do not bring any furniture or glass from the apartment outside.
To ensure privacy for all guests, use of the roof terrace and the jacuzzi is by reservation only. (each location has a reservation blackboard where you can leave your name and book time.) please rinse before entering into the jacuzzi.
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse sand from bodies, clothes, sandals, and gear before entering the house or using indoor showers.
Please do not sit on indoor furniture while wet.
No smoking is allowed in the house, terraces and staircases. if you smoke outside, please collect cigarette butts and throw them in the trash.
Turn off all lights, a/c and fans before leaving the home, and please conserve water.
Quiet hours starts at 9pm as a courtesy to our neighbors.
If you break any items, especially in the kitchen, we kindly ask that you reimburse the cost so we can replace them. see price list in the house. (leave the $ at the apartment)
For your safety, lock all doors when absent or at night.
Don’t leave laptops or other valuables outside or inside in plain view while unattended.
If you want to use the barbecue grill in the garden, please let us know. we will set everything up for you. for safety, do not try to use it on your own.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events are allowed in the home unless we are informed beforehand.
